WHO ARE THE CEO CLUBS

The Merabi and Son’s Chief Executive Officers Club (MAS’s CEO Club) is an entity, and part of Merabi & Sons Global Enterprise Organization which creates a nurturing environment for CEOs dedicated to improving the quality and profitability of their enterprises through shared experience, personal growth and support.

The MAS’s CEO Club is comprised of Region CEO Groups in the U.S. England, Greece, India, Israel, and Italy, the MAS’s CEO Club is in its 3rd year ,and the Membershipis by-invitation-only. Members must be CEOs of businesses which have above $2,000,000 in annual sales. Our average club member has $20,000,000 in annual sales.

About the MAS’s CEO Club Founder & Chairman, Mr. Kambiz Merabi

The founder of the MAS Chief Executive Officers Club (MAS’s CEO Club), Mr. Kambiz Merabi is the entrepreneur's entrepreneur.

You can hear him share his favorite luncheon talk: The Entrepreneur's Philosophy”, in which he shows how these "Ready-Fire-Aim" types spot a growth industry, select a first mate, negotiate for money, create resources where none exists, to learn to create business plan and why, avoid personally guaranteeing bank debt, motivate employees to work harder than humanly possible, inspire investors/shareholders to believe in the vision, and deal with family complexities. Our chairperson Mr. Kambiz Merabi is a leader in business ,a philanthropist ,and a facilitator who guides his empire and the board members of his companies  through all the board meetings. Mr. Merabi and the MAS CEO ‘s board members plan and schedule the three-hour monthly meetings for all the groups throughout the year, and ensures the meetings follow a logical, timely and productive course, tailored to the time-sensitive CEO. Mr. Merabi also meets one-on-one with each member every quarter to discuss specific needs and individual progress. Mr. Merabi had hired experienced team that often work the traits of the members who completed various diagnostics tests, which they developed for entrepreneurs, into these talks. In all, CEOs participants have paid over $1,000,000 to hear the talks and workshops conducted or arranged by him at the other clubs that he was the member of .Now all here very exclusive at a fracture of the price .

The entrepreneurial and associate membership is not open to everyone .The membership’s packages are available as follows:

• Associate MAS’s CEO Club membership $600. Annually, Limited benefits quarterly meetings annually and received trouble shooting support.
• Full MAS’s CEO Club membership $2400. Annually, with all meetings in all Region CEO Groups are free to members.
• Lifetime MAS’s CEO Club membership $10,000. ,with all meetings in all Region CEO Groups free to members and  to address the club ,give workshop for new members and a seat on the board of directors.

2. Free access to an online forum and networking on MAS.net, that allows executives to post questions and share insights and resources on strategic business issues. Although business discussions are encouraged, the forum is not a sales or email broadcast platform.

The clubs Region CEO Groups each meet once a month for a half-day(3 to 4 Hours ) luncheon program. A member of one Region CEO Group is a member of all Region CEO Groups and their bio and photo are password protected .The morning is spent in roundtables and a speaker usually concludes the program. Other meetings are also scheduled with no speaker, or with site visits or with members from other countries.

Over the past three years, the MAS CEO Club has attracted many national figures that have addressed the Clubs. The entire past luncheon talks has been free to download.

Each Region CEO Group also holds social sessions where we visit the NY Stock Exchange, NASDAQ exchange, in Chicago the Future exchange , the Federal Reserve Bank, Universal Studios , the Getty Museum, and many more  or enjoy dinner parties or boat cruises. We frequently arrange business trips between our members in different countries. Membership is by invitation and prospective members are encouraged to attend a CEO Club meeting as a guest.
